Why we offer trials
Cheap IPTV sites rarely offer real trials because their servers cannot survive peak hours. Cloud 9 IPTV runs trials when capacity allows so you can test your connection, your device and your favorite channels — especially during a live match or prime-time show.
A trial is not a unlimited free account. It is a short, monitored window to verify quality before you commit to 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
What you can test during a trial
- Live TV — news, entertainment and international channels with EPG where available
- VOD — browse the movie and series library; play a full title to test buffering
- Sports — if your trial overlaps a live event, test the exact use case you care about most
- Setup — install your player (Smarters, TiviMate, GSE) and confirm you can self-manage credentials
How to request a free trial
- Email support@cloud9iptv.vu with subject line “Trial request”.
- Include your country, device (e.g. Fire Stick 4K, Samsung TV, iPhone) and top 3 channel types you care about (sports league, news, kids, etc.).
- We reply when slots are open — usually same day in US/UK hours. Trials are limited to prevent stack abuse.
- Receive temporary credentials and our setup guide.
- Test during a peak hour (evening or match time), not only a quiet morning.
